Before: Failing implant crowns on congenitally missing laterals. Poor abutment choice and excess cement which was left by previous dentist.
After: Case began with initial wax-up to improve proportions and length of the new lateral incisors. Old crowns and abutments were removed along with excess cement followed by laser sterilization and removal of excess gum tissues. Same day temporary abutments and crowns were fabricated to aid in tissue healing for a period of 3 months. Final custom abutments and ceramic crowns were then placed.
