Patient had many chipped, worn, broken, discolored teeth. He wanted a smile correction with the replacement of his old crowns which were many different colors and were failing. Diagnostic images and digital scanning followed by digital smile design were completed to initiate the treatment plan. A vertical bite opening was required to better align his bite and decrease the amount of discomfort he was having during chewing. This step also allowed for a more conservative approach to preparing the teeth that did not have crowns on them currently. Treatment consisted of a full mouth reconstruction of all teeth which was completed in one day. Patient then wore temporaries for a period of 3 weeks and all the final restorations were then cemented in place.
